- We aim to dispatch most orders within 1-2 business days. Occasionally public holidays, weekends, weather events or extremely busy periods may result in extended delivery times.
- Free shipping for orders over $129 (exclude oversized items due to their heavy weight and bulky size, for Oversized items freight rates are displayed at the checkout page). Please note that the order subtotal must be $129 or more after any discounts or Reward Points have been applied.
- For orders under NZD$129, the following shipping rates apply:
Auckland: $6.00
North Island: $7.90
South Island: $9.90
- Delivery timeframes are as follows:
North Island deliveries (non-rural): 1-2 business days after dispatch
South Island deliveries (non-rural): 2-3 business days after dispatch
New Zealand (rural): 3-5 business days after dispatch
